Creation of a no-kill Transition shelter to rescue adoptable dogs and cats from euthanasia at the County Shelter

To reduce the number of animals euthanized in Mohave County, Arizona

To promote Spay and Neutering projects

To Aid in public education to promote proper care of pets and responsible pet ownership.

To use evaluation and pre-screening to select only adoptable animals for the transition shelter.

To provide counseling and or assistance to adopters to match them with an appropriate type of pet.

To promote cooperation and involvement from others involved in the world of animals.

To support stiffer laws to punish anyone found guilty of Abuse or Neglect of any animal.
